Holiday Giving

After a year of many ups and downs, Moby Dick House of Kabob wanted to make this holiday season a time of special giving. Moby Dick House of Kabob is giving back by feeding those in need of a warm meal during the holidays.

Stepping up during this challenging time is part of the core value of Moby Dick House of Kabob. Giving back to the communities where they have established relationships over many years with the neighborhoods they serve, is important to the entire management team and all of Moby’s hard-working employees. Collaborating with local organizations to deliver meals to those in need is a way for Moby Dick and its staff to fulfill this purpose.

Just this past month, Moby Dick House of Kabob at the Rotunda in Baltimore, Maryland, one of twenty-four Moby Dick House of Kabob locations throughout the DC and Baltimore region, partnered with The Bea Gaddy Organization to feed children a hot and nutritious meal.

Single mothers with young kids were treated to individually packaged dinners that included Moby’s delicious grilled chicken kabobs, basmati rice, hummus, and fresh-baked naan. Due to indoor dining restrictions, the meals were available for pick-up and families were able to enjoy their Moby kabobs in the comfort of their home. These special meals were packaged and sealed by Moby team members who have been trained in food safety and COVID-19 protocol.

Aligning itself with The Bea Gaddy Family Centers, a community based nonprofit organization that assists and provides food and other items to those in need throughout the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area, allowed Moby Dick at the Rotunda to impact residents and neighbors who live in the nearby community.

Having a direct effect on the local community helps realize Moby Dick House of Kabob’s goal of giving back to the communities it serves.

Moby Dick House of Kabob approaches the New Year and 2021 with renewed vigor and strength as it enters its 31st year of business. Moby believes that its growth and success for another 30 years, is dependent upon developing strong community relationships and giving back to those communities that give Moby its life.

We wish everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
